Fees
At Anchoring Your Life Counselling, providing quality care at affordable pricing is important and therefore you will find that the full private fee is often equal to or less than the gap payment for sessions available on the mental healthcare plan. A rebate, for those eligible with private healthcare funds (see below), is available on these fees. As fees here are private, there is therefore no need to be on a mental healthcare plan or have a GP referral, which means you will not have a diagnosis noted on your health records and there is no limit to the number of sessions you can attend.

Payment
Once a time has been reserved in the booking system, it is set aside for you unless you notify the practice otherwise. To confirm your attendance at your appointment, payment is required by the invoice due date. Payment can be made by card or direct transfer and any eligible private health rebates are claimed directly by yourself to your provider.​​

Cancellations
A commitment to counselling is a commitment to achieving your goals. With this in mind, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel/reschedule appointments.​​
