At Anchoring Your Life Counselling, my fees reflect my experience and training in supporting individuals, couples and families. Prioritising your well-being is an important investment and I am committed to ensuring that you are provided with real value, evidence-based strategies and meaningful support to help you create lasting change.

As my services are privately billed, no GP referral is required, no record of our sessions is added to your health file and there are no limits on how many sessions you can attend. For many, the individual fee is similar to - or even less than - the gap fee of a Mental Health Care Plan (which doesn’t cover couples therapy). Private health rebates may also be available for both individuals and couples with eligible cover (see below).

Private Health CoverI am a Provider for a number of private healthcare funds. Members of private healthcare funds may be entitled to a rebate if you are eligible and will need to check this with your healthcare provider.
